Canada-wide shipping rates are based on the number of boxes, the weight of the boxes, and the distance to be traveled. As you continue adding items to your cart, you’ll see a small increase in the shipping until another box is needed, at which point you’ll see another significant increase.
Lower Mainland shipping is offered at a flat rate.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email. Shipping time will then depend on your location.
We accept debit cards and major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Maestro, JCB, and American Express; PayPal and direct bank wire transfers.
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your GoInGreen account and find all your order information. Click on “My Orders” and click on “View Details” and you can also submit a ticket to find out about your order.
Yes, you need to have an account to place an order with GoInGreen. You can browse, add items to the cart without being logged in, but need log in to check out.
